What is the capacity of the conservatory at Chez Clément?

The conservatory seats up to 150 guests, making it one of the largest single event rooms in Genval and Walloon Brabant for a long-table or banquet configuration. Connected to the main dining room and adjacent to the outdoor terrace, it can be used as a continuous part of the regular restaurant service, as a semi-private space for a smaller group, or as a dedicated event room for a function up to 150 covers.

The standing cocktail format (walking dinner, mingle reception with bites only) is not part of the conservatory offer. Marie and the team have made a clear choice on this point: the conservatory is conceived as a proper seated dining space, where guests are at the table and the kitchen serves a full meal. For aperitif moments, the separate bar area takes over, it is open continuously from noon until 1 a.m. and is the natural place for a drink before sitting down.

For overall context: the brasserie offers up to 230 seated places across all of its indoor spaces (main room, conservatory, bar area). The kitchen runs with a brigade of thirty-two, under chef Vincent Frédéric De Laloy since 1996, and routinely serves 200 to 300 covers per service. A 150-seat conservatory event therefore plugs into an established operational machine with the full backing of the main kitchen.
